We have developed the Executive and Management Leadership Series (EMLS) for entry-level, middle-management executives or managers of professional service firms who are looking to strengthen their written, verbal and physical communications. EMLS is an intensive two-to-three day workshop, spread out over 3-6 weeks. The series can be formatted for the new associate, middle manager or junior executive who needs to develop stronger communication skills in order to move up the organization ranks, or the senior executive who needs a comprehensive refresher.
